This is the video of yesterday's publishing conference at Edinburgh Business School. I start at about 28 mins and I'm on for about 30. The Q & A at the end is probably the liveliest bit if you're pus...hed for time.

But I recommend watching Mark Coker of Smashwords who follows me with a very entertaining & inspiring talk about the future of ebooks.

(I haven't watched myself yet. I think I'd need a quadruple gin before I could face that.)
