Im looking for a book.

I read half of a book a few years ago. I was in Highschool and had borrowed it from a friend, but when I moved I had to give it back before I could finish it. I dont remember the name or author. But I do remember the beginning of the book.

 

 

 

Woman is 9 months pregnant when she finds out her husband is cheating on her. so goes out to a bridge and stands over the water and threws her ring into the water, where it hits a young man in the head. She didnt see him there before she threw it.

 

He was running away from trouble 80 years beforehand and had jumped into the river for protection and found himself 80 years in the future.

 

The struggle of helping him out ofthe water and the stress of finding out her husband was cheating put her into labor and she needs the young man to drive her to a hospital. The trick is he has only ever driven a Model T.

 

After the baby is born she realizes that she needs help with a newborn and he has no place to go so she invites him to stay with her. He helps with the baby and the soon to be exhusband doesnt like it. She teaches him about modern technology ect.

 

 

Anyone read this book? Know what it is called? Ive spent almost 5 years searching for this book so I could reread it.
