How many of you have Satellite Radio available in your Country, and if you do, how many of you subscribe to it. I have it in both of my cars and would find it difficult to do without now that I've had it for a good while. It is nice to have available almost any type of music that you are in the mood for, not to mention all the other tons of programs.

A sample of the programs that are available on Satellite..............http://www.siriusxm....rogramschedules

Not something I had ever considered to be honest - I don't listen to the radio that much (mostly BBC Surrey and LBC when I do, occasionally Radio 2), and only in the car, so I couldn't justify the cost of paying for satelite.

Although Satellite radio has all kinds of programs, I mostly listen to music. Since you don't listen to much music I would probably not subscribe either. Now that I think of it most people in England probably aren't in the car long enough to justify Satellite radio. :) We are constantly in the car in the U.S. and frequently drive long distances and Satellite music is very appealing as there is many choices of all kinds of music.

We had WorldSpace satellite radio here - which many my friends subscribed to - and liked - but unfortunately the company filed for bankruptcy and stopped service end of 2009.

The few times that I listened to it - I was amazed at the range of music channels they had.

My car radio needs updating as a CD got stuck in the player and now it refuses to work. I will probably get a DAB one that plays my Ipod instead - when I have the money. I need a new pair of glasses first though, and they are a bit more important !

Totally agree, health (glasses) should take priority.
