Trying to remember a book about a train crash

I read a book a couple of years ago about a group of people all heading to London, I remember an old lady and her story, someone in hospital, but cannot remember author or title and it's really bugging me!

It sounds like Uncoupled by Lizzie Enfield, but I think that was too recent.
