Hello,
I am a avid gamer, have always been. Recently I decided to finally push my self away and read more, I read a few books before. Such as a trilogy from Garth Nix, some of the usual stuff from Stephen King and a few other fantasy world set books from Oxfam when on holiday.
Anyway! So, I am looking for something to really spark my imagination this weekend. I live on my own so get the perfect setting for reading a book (total silence!).
I want a book based around magic, dungeons and dragons, a fantasy world nothing like our own.
I love getting lost in another land in my mind, can anyone recommend such a book?
Not Harry Potter! I love those books but have already gone through their crisp white pages with a wet finger tip many a time.
