Being somewhat of an overly appreciative fangirl, I have the DVD boxset and the books: both are fantastic, and though the physical depiction of Sharpe wavers in the series when compared with the books, Sean Bean was undoubtedly a capital choice. He happens to fall into my 'phwoar' category...
