Hey vf, I'm reading IT again, not long finished the dragon keeper - robin hobb. You?

    4. Nici

      That's cos you're always on Twitter! ;D

  2. Alright mate? I've not read it like a regular book, i've treated it more like a reference. I've got some excellent tips on coping with panic attacks etc. from it. He does tend to like his metaphors though, which can get a bit irritating.

  3. Well the swans lost 1-0, Forest scored right at the death. It's a good thing though cos that pushed Forest up to 2nd and out of the playoffs, we are by far the strongest team in the playoffs without forest.

  4. Not good as we're playing Forest lol

I'm not a cardiff fan! lol thats like calling you a scouser! lol

  5. we've done ok without him since September, but it looks to be his second serious knee injury could be the end for him which is a shame cos he could have played in the premiership easily.

  6. they won 1-0, but two of our best midfielders went off injured, one of them it was his first game back from injury since September. By the end of the game the goalie and our left back were pulling up, thats not including the 3 already out injured. I think our pitch is doing something to them

  7. lol no comment. The Swans are winning of course! :D away to Plymouth

  8. I've got it on and i'm listening to Swansea on the radio at the same time, I cant stand Man U to be honest lol hope they get stuffed

  9. replay? it was a league game lol. They beat us 3-0 in Newcastle. The result was dissapointing, but the performance was brilliant, totally played Newcastle off the park. Playing like that we will easily make the playoffs. Even the Newcastle fans on their message boards are saying they didnt deserve to get a point lol

  10. That sounds pretty horrific, knees are one thing you really shouldn't mess with it will only effect you later on in life. You should consider getting into coaching, especially since you already work with kids, you could coach a local kids side, I know a few people who do that and they live for it!

And less of the Swansea quips ;) the stadium will be full tomorrow 20 thousand! lol Tune in to the game, you will see a proper game rather than the hyped up rubbish you are used to watching Man U play lol

I'm hoping Chelsea stuff Cardiff tomorrow too, that would make my weekend :D

  11. I really want to make proper ground in my book this weekend, so once I have had a bit of a doze and emailed into work saying I wont be there I will be reading for an hour or so. Then I have to go to my Doctors...again, I go there so much they invite me to their Christmas party lol. My team are live on Sky tomorrow (swansea) against Newcastle so looking forward to that!

Wish I worked with the kind of people who went to quiz nights and the like, the people I work with are hideous, but I suppose me saying that makes me just as bad!

What level do you play footie at? A knee injury sounds pretty serious!

  12. That is good that you set up by yourself, I wouldnt know where to start! I hate working in an office with a passion lol grown adults sitting around desks like school children all talking about each other behind each others backs, god it annoys me.

Whilst writing this, I have decided to call in sick today lol

  13. Of course I dont mind you asking, I just work in an office doing the usual basic admin stuff, typing, phones, usual ****, it pays the bills I suppose. I was full time but been part time since November, which makes it a lot more tolerable lol. Working full time in a job you dont like, getting up in the dark, coming home in the dark, falling asleep within an hour only to wake up to do it all over again was not fun. I'm disabled so my choices in what I am able to do for a living are pretty limited, which is why I do what I do, surrounded by bitchy middle aged gossips.

  14. lol I was ok surprisingly, I slept soundly for 3 hours straight then got up feeling fine. I really enjoyed the game too, first time for quite a while I have sat through an entire NFL game, the american football thread helped hold my interest.

Work tomorrow (today) is going to be worse I think, I fell asleep at about 8pm and woke up a few hours ago, got a feeling i'm going to be wanting to sleep when it's time to get ready for work.

Did you have to get up? Or are these your regular hours ? :D
