  1. Hope you get this message alright, I'm still getting to know my way round the forum.

     

    I haven't read either of the Peters. I'm fairly new to reading crime novels, and I need to read a lot so that I don't accidentally use some elses story in any of my work.

     

    I'll keep my eye out next time I sneak off to the library.

     

    I've read a couple of Mark Billingham's, and I started a Karin Slaughter and Michael Connelly, I wasn't gripped so I'll try a different novel.

    It's unusual for me to like everything and author writes, but Macbride hasn't got it wrong for me so far.

    He's written a Sci-Fi novel as well, I might give that a whirl at some point, but I'm in no rush.

     

    Any recommendations from the Peters then?
