How many books to you keep on the to be read (TBR) bookshelf?
Do you limit the number of TBR book you obtain?
I usually try not to keep more than 30 paperbacks waiting on my to be read shelf.
I have a very small house (by US standards) & it's so easy to let the TBR books get out of control & mound up.
What do you do?

Just a suggestion - if you wanted more than one.
If you know someone in the states - have them go to the store & buy the books.
Then have them mail the books using US Postal Service flat rate boxes. (See small flat rate)

You can pack the box full & still get shipping for the price of one book through Barnes & Noble.

The woman looked completely out of place in her pristine white blouse and tailored ivory pants.

Sounds like a great book. I saw several other reviews saying it was amazing.
I just ordered it on my paperback swap site.

"I stood in the shadows of a deserted shop front across from The Blood and Brew Pub, trying not to be obvious as I tugged my black leather pants back up where they belonged."

I've read this series.
I enjoyed each book & always look forward to the next book release in this series.
The Black Dagger Brotherhood (J. R Ward) books are quite popular her in the US.
Another author Gena Showalter has a similar series, but instead of vampires they are men possessed by demons. This series is Lords of the Underworld (which I don't think is as good as the Black Dagger Brotherhood).

I'm starting Kim Harrison's Dead Witch Walking.
*crossing fingers that it turns into a favorite series*

I have finished the 1st book and I'm 1/2 way thru the 2nd book.
I even got my mother hooked on it.

Hello everyone
This is my first post.
I've found a (light) series that I really like.
I loved reading these because they let my job pressure drift from my mind.
These books are more of a light-hearted casual story than a hard core mystery.
Madelyn Alt - Bewitching Mystery series
1 Trouble with Magic
2 A Charmed Death
3 Hex Marks the Spot
4 No Rest for the Wiccan
5 Where There's a Witch
I was hoping someone else has read them.
Where is your favourite reading place?
