An 'ugly sweater' party to be exact I love researching stuff, even if it has no particular goal behind it. Ancient history is especially facinating to me. I would love to write a book set in ancient Rome or Egypt when I'm finished with my current project.

Things are getting better. I'm recovering from being sick this last week and just comptenplating a nice hot shower myself. Everything has been crazy and all up and down these last few weeks so I'm hoping for a nice quiet day today to relax and just have to myself.

You'd love the shop I'm sitting in right now! It's a little coffee/wine bar with this round table full of bottles of wine on tap. You go up to the machine (its sort of like a vending machine) put your money into the slot and push the button for which wine you want.

Sounds like you've been pretty busy lately! Hope you were able to connect with the OH.

I've been okay. Seems like things just keep happening in my life, never a chance to breathe. I got the blood test results back from my doctor and he did find something, now I have to go in tomorrow and get poked again for confirmation. *rolls eyes* That will be my 8th shot in a week.

Other than that things have been going pretty well. I bought my plane ticket and reserved the hotel room for London and last night I picked up a traveler's guide and a London map (because I WILL get lost, mark my words).

Any big plans for today? Think you'll be around Twitter or MSN later?
