I never went. I got to Heathrow Airport gave them all my details and there was nothing under my name. The company I went through Screwed up my tickets etc. So If I wanted to fly I had to pay again and get my money back through compensation. Which I have now been refunded. But by the time I sorted everything out I would be coming back. But my OH arrives on Wednesday, so we are planning if work will give me the time off work go back with him for 5 days.

Not to sure, going to see how it goes.

I remember thinking the same. I used to think that they would sit and chatfor hours on all the ways they could make three years of my life even more 'entertaining' for them and all the great ways to torture us.

I remember having to do loads of oral presentations and interviews (I did counselling as part of my degree) and I used to hate it. so I know how you are feeling.

I took my oldest to see Percy Jackson and the Lightning theif in the cinema today. Nothing liek the book. My son and his friend LOVED it so thats all that matters.

I'm good mate. Busy day today, doing normal Mummy things, watching my kids play football, and doing all the chores that Mummy's have to do, haha. Out to watch a Led Zep Tribute band tonight for a mates Birthday which shold be good, and then tomorrow I am having a few hours peace and quiet while the little ones go to a Birthday party.

We had a little party at mine last night, which was nice. It was dry but rather cold here, and no wind so it made the perfect night for fireworks really. Shame you did not get to see any, I am sure there will be some tonight or tomorrow night though.

Thanks for the recommendations of the clubs. I am going up in a few weeks, and I really can't wait. I am most definately going to some of the clubs there.

Getting through the Kerley books, and I am loving them. In the states at the moment, so I have little more time to read. Finsked the Broken souls the other day and was really good. I bought the little lost girls at the airport but still have Blood Brother and In the blood to go.

I'm with you on that, I hate shoppingon any level, unless it is in a quiet village and a book store. But then I do like shopping for the kids.

I am nearly done all my Xmas gift, the boys are done unless I find a bargain or two on amazon etc.

I spend hundreds on my boys for Xmas, I really splash out. I'm terrible.

My OH is easy, records, records and more records. I buy EVERYTHING for him online. I did get him a office drumkit to use with his fingers at Sainsburys and he loved it when I brought it over for him. I got him a Grumpy old Git mug and a Mr Men Grumpy book, but he has not opened them up.

I wish to win the lotto every single day, that and a sexy man in a hottub full of custard, but I don't think i am going to get either, haha.

Indeed, they do have to come first, if they didn't I would have said a few more curse words at them by now! haha.

Oh I have not heard of that book. I am on the last 30 pages of Jack Kerley - The Hundredth Man, It is a really good book and one I would recommend. Not sure whether to start the next one of his or to move on to something else. I have a huge pile of library books to read.. decisions, decisions.

It is lovely and sunny very cold but sunny, tomorrow sounds totally different.

Since I have got back I have struggled to keep an eye on Argyle. I have Talk sport on my twitter and it wa all about Brisges not shaking J.T hand. I would have but spat on it first *Giggles*
