    :006:Bonjour.....thanks for stopping by. I am well thank you although the springtime weather seems to have disappeared, very dull and overcast today, although the daffodils and tulips in the garden brighten it. I have been trying to swim twice a week and sometimes three, all the movtivation is difficult sometimes but once I am there I am glad I have made the effort. I am hoping you and your family are well too.
