Hello Giulia.
Just wanted to send you a virtual hug, 'cos it's been ages since we last chopsed together (is that how one spells "chopsed"? Is it "choppsed"? Maybe I should just write "conversed"...)
How are you doing, my lovely friend? I think I've missed you while I've been away!

Hello there, Paula. I've not been around for ages - if the truth is to be told, I've gone into meltdown with so much going on with work, Scouts, DofE, relationships, weddings and an almost overwhelming desire to run away from everything - and I want to say sorry and hi. I've still got the Harper Connolly books (I got stuck half way through the second one and have only read two books since, very slowly) and should really post them on.
How are things with you? I got really worried when I couldn't find you in my friends section, but then heaved a sigh of relief when I found you renamed as Weave. Nice one. What prompted this change?
Although things are still wobbly (I'm such a lemon!), I'll get my backside back into gear and put up those last reviews, get back on the forum and pull myself together.
I hope you're very well, my friend.

Hello there. Thought I'd drop in to say hi. I haven't done so before, and for this I can make no excuse save for the fact that my butterfly-like mind can make me appear inattentive and terribly rude. I can only offer my apologies.
How are things in lovely Scotland (one assumes this is where you are) - I am a McKenzie - hence 'Mac' - and love the Country as though I belonged there.
Anyway. Hoping you are well.

Hello, Library Nook! I'm going to PM you my address so you can send on those Charlaine Harris books when you're done with them (there's no hurry, as I've got approximately 8,693 books on my TBR pile. Approximately...)
Hope you're well.

Hello, my friend. I've not popped by for a while, so thought I'd say hi and see how things are. We had real fun with the flippin' snow during the early stages of this month. I hope you weren't affected during that day when loads of people were stranded.
What's new in your part of the world, fella? I think we're still coming down in three weeks or so and I cannot wait. It's been nearly two years since I visited the family's place in Porthleven. I spend most of my annual leave doing Scout stuff or the Duke of Edinburgh Award. I'm actually lucky I've got this week coming up. I need the break.
Maybe a beer might be in order, if we can arrange things around each other? No worries if not, mind. But beer is always good.
Hope you're very well, mate.

Hello, my Gallic friend. How are things over the channel? This week has been terribly busy (no change there, then!), but it is now over - as of half an hour ago - and I have a relaxing weekend of reading, wine, film and food planned. What about your lovely self?
I very much hope you are well.

Hello. I haven't said 'hello' to you before. I know, technically, that I have said 'hello' prior to that statement, as 'hello' was the word that came before said statement, but who's splitting hairs here?
So. There you are. You've posted a lot of...err...posts...and you seem to know stuff about computers and...stuff. Me? I'm a bit of a Luddite, so I now know where to come if my laptop's acting a bit crappy.
Hope you're well.

Hello. No, I'm not going on holiday, it's just that I always feel a bit rude if I just sign off without saying 'bye' and 'thanks'. I thought I'd start a thread that achieved that aim.
Mind you, I'd love a holiday, if you're offering
Have a lovely weekend, chum!

Hellooooo Kate! Thought I'd see how you are. I imagine you are currently having a lovely time. I hope this is the case.
Ta ta for now. X

Hey Giulia. Just checking you're okay. It sounds like you're having a bit of a rough time, currently. Thinking of you.
Tonnes of vicarious support from me, mate.

Hey Kate. How's your weekend been? Everything tip-top? I've watched the entire series of Flight Of The Conchords. Have you heard about it? Magic stuff. Oooh, but I could wax lyrical about it all day...
Hope you're tickety-boo, lady!

Hey Kelly. The Intruders is a great book, and I' sure you'll love it. You should try Christopher Fowler as well, my friend. If you want to start with his short stories to give yourself a taste, have a go at The Devil In Me. Today, it is raining, I've finished work and I'm going to chill with a book and some beer, watch a few films and cook some nice grub. What're you up to?
I hope you're very well. Have a great weekend.
-
Hey Kelly. Thank you for the 'McRecommend'! It really does sound right up my street. I'll go and buy this at the weekend.
How're things with you in the flatlands?

Hey there, Echo. I'm sorry to read that you're feeling so low currently. You've got such a lot going on in your life, haven't you? Chrissy gave suggested some really good things to do, didn't she! I've suffered quite debilitating anxiety sporadically for the last five years which has occasionally prevented me from leaving my house, I've felt that low. Along with many others on this forum, I wish you a speedy recovery to top form.
Take care.

Hey there, Loo. How're things going? Have you read Harlan Coben's most recent novel (it's a Myron one, yay!)?
Anyway. Hope you're well.
