Thanks, Mac. My mom had her varices banded on Wednesday and is now at home healing up, so it looks like that problem is likely solved. But they also found that her ulcer hadn't healed, so they took a biopsy to make sure that she doesn't have cancer. Now we're just waiting for those results.
