This year i'm aiming to read lots of classics.

    Currently Reading

    Nefertiti - Michelle Moran

    January

Pride and Predjudice - Jane Austen

    Eclipse - Stephenie Meyer

    Breaking Dawn - Stephenie Meyer

The Catcher in the Rye - J.D Salinger

  3. I haven't been on much recently because of various things so i'll just put up the book I have been reading most recently:

Finished: The Boy In the Striped Pyjamas - John Boyne 8/10

Started: Labyrinth - Kate Mosse I'm going to be reading this as an ongoing book as it is quite long so I will be reading something else as well (to be decided)

  4. I don't usually read autobiographies so this was a change for me but I found that it was a really heart warming story that made me wish I had a dog! I would be crying one minute and laughing the next. Serious issues and life changing moments were dealt with sensitively and the ending was sentimental but not cheesy! There was a naice balance of dog and family issues considering when you approach the book you expect it all to be about Marley. Only bad point was that at time it got a little tedious, especially in the middle. A really good read I would recommend to anyone.

    8/10

I am starting to read Dracula by Bram Stoker now. What did anyone else think of Dracula?

  5. Why did they have to bring Sam back :irked: Just get the old Libby back and let Dan and her get married

Agree. I hate Sam :friends0: she is horrible!

I don't like the new sponsor it is so annoying- even worse than the weight watchers tune. And there was such a stupid cut in yesterday's episode.

    Sorry for the moan!

  6. I get headaches from time to time, generally if I haven't been wearing my glasses enough.

I've only ever had 1 migrane, one sunday, just under a year ago, when I was at church! I threw up in the toilet, went for a walk outside, went back to church and threw up again! A friend had to take me home and there I slept for about 3 -4 hours. I hated it and for a few months I was really worried i'd get another one in a really awkward situation- it came on so suddenly!

  7. I always have the same breakfast (unless i'm on holiday): A big bowl of cereal, Weetabix and Honey Loops, with grapes and a piece of toast and honey, no butter. Also a glass of apple juice.

My favourite breakfast is Full english - yummy! But I rarely have it :smile2:

  8. This is the extraordinary love story of Clare and Henry who met when Clare was six and Henry was thirty - six, and were married when Clare was twenty-two and Henry thirty. Impossible but true, because Henry suffers from a rare condition where his genetic clock periodically resets and he finds himself pulled suddenly onto his past or future. In the face of this force they can neither prevent nor control, Henry and Clare's struggle to lead normal lives is both intensely moving and entirely unforgettable.

An amazing concept which was exciting and led to many plot twists and turns. The different time frames flowed seamlessly and were easy to follow. I got attached to the characters as they were instantly likeable and had depth. Their struggles led me to being on the bring of tears many times. On the other hand I did feel that some parts were not really needed and dragged on.

The ending rounded off the book nicely and completed, what I would call, the circle of Henry's travels but it left me with plenty of questions.

    Overall 7.5/10

  9. eerm Rebecca went on a date with Andrew even though Miranda and Declan were unhaapy about it, but they came round afterwards. Lou told several people about Harold's cancer as he had gone missing. and Bridget left her house with a big back pack - she told her parents she was going for a walk. Carmella told Rebecca she and Chloe are leaving for Lisbon to be with Oliver.

If I think of anything else i'll edit...
