Hey Mac How are you? I'm doing pretty well thanks, my BF had food poisoning last week, so that was an experience! One hopefully never to be repeated! How are things going with you? Are you liking your new job?

Hot chocolate sounds good, I might ask my BF to make me one, as it's my birthday today, I get whatever I want woo! Tonight we're having KFC as my birthday dinner, I loveeee KFC, but take-out food is so madly expensive so we're trying to cut down on it!

How on earth do you read so many at once?! The max I can read at one time is 2 books, but I very rarely do that as I prefer to read one at a time so I remember everything about the plot and characters, and being that I have such a poor memory I think I would forget too much if I flicked between books at random. I have like 70 in my TBR pile, about about 25 that I'm desperate to read, so I've been reading pretty fast this year, just must remember not to buy more books! It's a terrible addiction ^^

I haven't actually read the Dexter books, but I have been meaning too since I first started watching the TV show. I've seen the thread on here about them though and how much you all love them so I definitely should get them soon, trouble is I've run out of room to store TBR books so until I manage to read through a couple and shift them off the shelf I'm kinda having to restrain myself with buying new ones But I'm meant to be saving to go see my family in November so I'll be putting the money I usually spend on books towards that I suppose haha.

Glad to hear the house is coming along and a day of baking sounds fun Shame about all the washing up at the end though! That's the only thing I hate about baking

I just cannot get into classic books, no matter how hard I try, the writing just kills my love for reading it really does I think it's just that I don't like old style English, not even in films, so I think that's what puts me off

I adore horror films too But sadly, not many actually scare me anymore But I like most films and will watch a bit of whatever I fancy at the time I'm going to make foodies now, so I hope you enjoy your nap and manage to get some rest x

Things are going pretty well with me, been keeping busy with various things, but have a quiet week coming up so not sure what to do, probably will end up doing nothing, which just leaves me feeling annoyed because I do nothing, if that makes sense?!

Yeah it's rather too massive, my BF bought me like 15 new books for my birthday so that boosted it up loads, and although there are still more books I want, I've put a buying books ban on myself (I think i'll surprise myself if it lasts long though ) So now I have birthday money I have no clue what to do with

Ah well, I would put them on the floor, but this flat flooded 2 years ago, so now I'd be much too worried incase it happened again! But yeah, I'm predicting a lot of books for my birthday!

Ah, stitching is easy if you have the patience for it My gran taught me when I was like 8, so just something I've always been able to do We've been the same, yesterday we went to sleep at 4.30pm and then woke up at 9.30pm and that was the last time we slept, so we just keep going until we get tired and then sleep, lately at ridiculous times! As for food, we have have rolls we need to eat, so perhaps some KFC style chicken burgers, with the lettuce, salsa and mayo with chicken, tis rather yummy and a lot healthier than the real thing! How about you? (Have you ever notice we always end up talking about food?! )

Ahh, I'm not a fan of Beer, but a glass of Rose is rather yummy! Christmas was good, I was spoiled as usual, got clothes, DVDs, cute teddies, books, chocs and some perfume that I have been wanting forever, so I was chuffed What did you get? x
