  1. I just finished Maggie O'Farrell's "After you'd gone" :17: and I must say I'm so touched, moved, emotionally deprived, so much FOR Love now, that I can't even explain myself enough. I don't have the right words not only in English, but I also lack the right expression in Bulgarian too.

    I really loved that book!

So now I need to know, which are your best favorite, contemporary LOVE stories.

P.S. If it weren't you, I would never find such great books as this one. Thank you all! :P

  2. Now that's a relief. I thought I just can't see the reply button

Someone asked me questions by visitor's notes, and I just couldn't answer. I quess that's also the reason I can't see my profile photo...

P.S. I'm and will try not to be a spammer. Whenever I join new forum I try to get to know the rules, people, the way it works, before bore people with my questions.

    Thanks!

  4. OK, this is embarrassing, but I really find difficult to figure this forum's structure out.

I don't know how to reply to visitors' messages.

    Any help is welcome.

'The Pursuit of Happiness' is really the book that grab my soul, my heart... it really moved me emotionally, something that I haven't felt because of a book last years. That's why I'm looking for other books like this one.

Actually, after I dig a little in this forum and had read some of other people's reviews, I decided to buy some books of Maggie O'Farrell, Jonathan Coe and also Nicholas Evans.

  5. You are way too sweet. I couldn't hope for a better welcome party

Thank you all, and will try not to bore you with dull questions. I'll do my best to get well grounded in this forum.

And PLEASE excuse my English (if/when necessary)!

  6. Hey everyone!

I am new here and the main reason I joined this book forum (besides the love for the books) is, because I need your recommendations.

Recently I became a HUGE fan of Douglas Kennedy. I already have all his books and actually I am reading the last one - the Woman in the Fifth.

Since not all of his books are translated in my language, which is Bulgarian, I read them in English. I must admit that I am more than happy about that.

My most favorite one is The Pursuit of the Happiness. So I will be really both grateful and happy, if you recommend me books that I might like.

P.S. I'm going to Brussels next week and will hit the books stores with your recommendations.
