Take on board Kell's wise words. Read any of his other novels....but make sure you eventually read The Stand. It is definatally his 'magnificent octopus' Ha ..i miss Blackadder.

Funland. Think so homeless abducting people or people abducting homeless?? something like that. I read a lot of Laymon books about 10 years ago, so think they have all merged in my head (not good) .Ha. Island one of his more disturbing works from what i can rememmber.

Don't all of Laymon's books revolve around sex?
They all seem to go; murder,murder,sex,murder,sex,sex,voyeurism murder,murder,sex,sex,sex,muder sex. The End.
I would put at least a 16 rating on all of the books i have read of his. But maybe i am a bit of a prude.

Will be giving this book a try. From what i have found on the intrnet Robin Friday was an absolute nutter but a great footballer.
Should be an interesting read even if it is part wrote by Oasis's former bass player.

Me too. I read Bag of Bones, Desperation and Dreamcatcher all around the same time and enjoyed them all.
Anyone know which King book 'The sparrows are flying' line is from? can't remmember. Was about an author with split personality i think.
