My Mothers day was canny. I bought the card ages ago but got the weeks mixed up and realised on Saturday night that it was Mother's Day the next day! Eeeek! I rushed out and bought her 3 books (The Lovers by John Connolly, The Colour Purple by Alice Walker and Home Truths by Freya North) She's really into reading at the moment so I thought she'd appreciate them. I also rushed out to Marksies for flowers. What a bad Daughter!
