I think when you get to 3rd year they think that you've come too far to quit so they leave all the awful stuff until then We've gone from designing housing schemes (which was really good) to Planning Theory and Policy Analysis (which is one subject on Mondays at 6!). Horrendous! So do you get to take a year out in placement on your course?

Well this year I'm going to my Sister's for Christmas lunch as we lost our Step-dad in April and we just want to make the day as easy as possible for my Mam really. Her BF makes the nicest dinner though! Yum! It rivals my Grandma's cooking so I'm looking forward to it
