I enjoyed Center Parcs when I went with Paula and the kids about 10 years ago now. Good fun, but a tad expensive I feel. Glad you are coping ok love xxx

I am so old, I have 2 almost grown up grandchildren 16 and 14 lol!! I know Woodingdean, used to have friends there who lived in Cowley Drive/Road I think it was. Nice area. Yes Littlehampton can be windy - isnt everywhere these days? I retired down to Sussex having spent most of my life in Cheam, Surrey. I also spent a lot of my time in Littlehampton as a teenager and as a mum with small kids. Had loads of flirtatious down here in the 50s woohoo!! My "girl"friend from those days now lives in Canada and we always reminisce when we meet.

I love the picture of that pigeon. In real life she had this iridiscent feathering under the white feathers on her breast. I am going to try and paint her I think. Havent heard yet whether she arrived back home safely.

I am fine thank you Tiger, just took a bit of a breather. I have been popping in now and then, but not participating. I was sorry to learn about your grandfather's death sweetie, must have been hard for you at Christmas, especially as you lost your cousin as well. Just remember they are locked away inside you now forever and your cousin was happy doing what she enjoyed. I hope 2009 brings happier times for you and your family

Hi Nici, hope you are well. I agree with Tiger about Hampton Court. As a child I went there every Sunday with my Gran and I made a beeline for the Maze. Its a beautiful palace in wonderful grounds. Try and go in the Spring when the daffodils are out, their display in the grounds is just awesome believe me.

That little Westie is called Daisy and I met her for the first time when I visited my friend in Canada in June 2007. She is totally adorable. If I have a dog, it would be a Westie I think. I am well thank you and I hope you are too.
