Ah, so you're TBR pile includes your wish list. I'm afraid mine are two separate things, so my TBR pile of 460 is made up of actual books that I own but haven't read Sometimes I'll pick a random bookshelf and go through pointing out to myself which ones I've read. It's always a tiny percentage of the total number of books on that shelf. I could play a game of 'spot the books you have read'.
