I've just noticed how much Children's Fiction there is in your list! That's the best thing about coming here for me - I don't feel so alone!
There are some great children's books out there! Very enjoyable reads.

Ooh, what did you think of the latest Artemis Fowl one? I haven't read it yet, but I'll bet getting it shortly - I'm a big fan of the series.
I really enjoyed it. You won't be disappointed.

I've read all the Hitchhiker's series and the first two Dirk Gently books. I also have The Salmon of Doubt, but haven't read it yet. Oh, and I've got Douglas Adams' Starship Titanic book which was actually written by Terry Jones!

I can't remember which book I read first, but I loved it so much I bought all of her others. Now I get new ones as soon as they're published. I love her monthly newsletter too.

I think I've read them all, but "Rachel's Holiday" is definitely my favourite.
Have you read the title on my sig? That's one of my favourites, I read that one in bed!
I got it as soon as it was first published.

I'm reading it at the moment and enjoying it so far. It's the third of her books I've read and I've got a couple more waiting to be read.

Well, I liked them! I've read Sabriel/Lirael/Abhorsen and Shade's Children.

We don't use a library. Our nearest one is in Perth, 12 miles away, and we could only go at weekends as I don't drive. Buying books is a much easier option for us.
-
We bought it recently, but I suspect we'll never get round to reading it.
-
Not yet, but I do have some in our Books To Read bookcase.
-
I hadn't realised that there was another one coming out soon. We both love them.
Mulch Diggums is my favourite character too.
-
The first one I read was "Notes From A Small Island". I enjoyed reading his opinions of places I knew. However, I've enjoyed all the ones I've read so far.

I think, as a general rule, it's the age of the main character. I read lots of them, probably a reflection on my mental age!
-
I mostly read in bed so the time of year doesn't make a difference.

I like Deborah Wright's books. "Under My Spell" is my favourite.
Synopsis: Cara is 25 years old and beautiful, intelligent and kind. She's also a witch. Unsure of her feelings towards magic and desperate to escape the clutches of her overbearing mother, she takes a 'proper' job as a nanny for the Wilkins family. But things don't go quite as she has planned. Cara moves in to the Wilkins' home and before long the whole family come to rely on her as a source of fun and excitement in their lives. But Nick and Andie Wilkins' marriage is falling apart so Cara sets about trying to reconcile them. When her benign attempts to fix things result in Nick flirting with her and Andie contemplating an affair, Cara can't resist any longer. She resorts to the magic she's been trying so hard to give up and soon the whole house is in uproar ...

I'm always worried that I'll start singing along when we go to see a musical. If you heard me sing you'd know why this is a particularly bad idea. Mia, one of our cats, always leaves the room when I sing!

We love stage musicals. Since we moved here in 1998 we've seen:
Cats (twice)
Tommy
Jesus Christ Superstar
Chicago
West Side Story
Sunset Boulevard
Grease
Calamity Jane
Joseph
Mamma Mia
Fame (twice)
Seven Brides for Seven Brothers
Beauty and Beast
Phantom of the Opera
Starlight Express
Singin' in the Rain
Miss Saigon
The King and I
My Fair Lady
And we've booked to see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, but that's not until December.
