Doing pretty good, thnks. He's started holding his head up himself and is starting to gurgle a bit too as well as occasionally grasping and shaking his rattle. He's ccoming along leaps and bounds, really! And, of course, he's as gorgeous as ever too!

Hi Susie! Doing not too badly at all, although last night wasn't too great sleep-wise! Xander's doing very well - he's already trying to hold up his head and has such strong arms and legs! He's jut gorgerous.

Thanks Diane - we're slowly getting there. Hoping that he'll settle more at nights (last night was pretty good once we'd got him down around midnight-ish) and feed a little more (his weight was down just a smidgeon yesterday). Loving every second though - he's just adorable! And you're right - there are going to be SO many pictures of this little boy I'll use up my entire space quota very quickly! LOL!

Nah, we didn't want to name him after anyone in the family or give him the same initials as either one of us - we wanted somethng completely unique - just like our boy!

At the moment he's an excellent feeder who sleeps very well through the day, but hasn't quite figured out how to drop off at night! We've had a cople of vey tiring and disturbed nights since we got home, bt the midwife was round today and offered a few suggestions, so we're hoping they'll work and we can get into a good routine.
And the photo really doesn't do him justcie - he's even cuter in the flesh!

Thank you, Alison. It's good to be back, although I don't have the time I used to have to be on here any more - I have more than enough to keep me occupied elsewhere these days - LOL!

He's doing great. We're just trying to get used to being in a different environment from the hospital, but Xander seems to be settling in nicely and Dale is absolultey wonderful. I'm still a little tender in places, but other than that I'm feeling fantastic (tired, but fantastic!).
