Just finished a battered copy of History's Great Untold Stories - Obscure Events of Lasting Importance, by Joseph Cummings. I found it hard to put down although each tale only lasted about 15 - 18 pages.

Enjoyed his first, so yes I gave it a fair read, but only got to page 51 before giving up -  it all felt a bit too style-samey to me?
