About Me

My name is Dawn and I live in North West Norfolk, UK. I love living here right by the sea, seeing spectacular sunsets over the sea.

 

I have been a bookworm as long as I remember being taught to read by my Grandad before I went to school, I was raised on Narnia, Famous Five, Anne of Green Gables, leading onto the Hobbit.

 

In 2001 we had a serious house fire, we claimed £10.000 on books, insurance company came to have a look as they didn't believe us, after visiting they said we had probably seriously underestimated   :biggrin:

 

I had a huge TBR shelf, but gradually got through them by being strict and not buying anymore and when I read them donated them to charity shops (that was so hard), I am addicted to second hand book shops and stalls.

 

I use my local library and belong to a Crime book club at the library which I love.

 

My favourite genre is Crime/Mysteries my preference being British Authors/set in the UK.
