Have you tried Anne Rice, best vampire books I've read, much better than Twilight and others alike. You could begin with Interview with a vampire, than Vampire Lestat and Queen of the damned.

My fist choice would be Middle Earth and my second would be the Commonwealth from the Commonwealth Saga by Peter F. Hamilton. As from a game I would probably choose the colored world of Kingdom of Amalur or maybe the gray world of Skyrim.

Hello to all, my real name is Ovidiu, but I go on most of forums as BlueNinja. I have a book forum in my own language (romanian), and I thought it will be interesting to be on a bigger forum like this in english. From what I see I have a lot of reading to do to catch up, and I will try ocassionaly to answer to your posts too. I like adventures book like Jules Verne's book, fantasy (Tolkien, Robert Jordan, George R. R. Martin) and SF (Asimov, Peter F. Hamilton, Frank Herbert).
