Hi beef. I have a question and think you could be the right person to answer it. My local football club have asked me to build them a new website. Before I do this I'd like to delete the 3 previous sites (2 of which have been unused for about 3 years). As I'm a relative internet novice, could you tell me if it's possible to delete these sites? The creators have long since moved on and are uncontactable.
Cheers beef!

Hi happyanddandy, thanks for popping in.
That's actually Stephen King in my avatar. He looks much less scary than I do!

Hi Mac, good to hear about your new job. I've decided that after 17 years of dull clerical local government work, I really should be making moves to improve myself. I just feel I'm starting to stagnate, so have decided to work towards an English degree with the OU. I'm not sure exactly which degree I'll go for, but it just feels a relief to be doing something, before I seize up completely!
As for the house, you wouldn't believe how long it's taking for our Home Information Pack to come through. We were originally told two weeks - that was two months ago! I'm going to be spending the next few days harrassing the people responsible on the phone until we get results!
Thought - maybe I could become a solicitor. I can certainly move slowly enough!

Hi Mac, how's it with you?
I went to my cousin's wedding yesterday afternoon. Halfway through 'Lord Of The Dance' I started to feel decidedly ropey. Things got worse later when I could hardly breathe and ended up lying on the bathroom floor bathed in sweat! One possibility that occurred as I was on the floor was Swine Flu, but the worst seemed to pass after 10 minutes - strange! I've definitely picked up something though - I'm getting blood glucose readings of between 16-22!
I feel a day of relaxing on the settee, being waited on hand and foot by Mrs Sedge coming on - damn, it's a hard life!

Hi Mac,
I haven't been on the forum much over the last few weeks - moving house just before Christmas certainly kept me busy!
The snow wasn't too bad here, but I managed to introduce myself to the new neighbours by stepping out of the front door, slipping on the ice and ending up flat on my back! Fortunately I'm still at an age where I can avoid injury!
How are things with you Mac?

I'm quite happy with my lot. Haven't achieved a great deal compared to some, but I'm very happily married, I'm in an OK job and things seem to be chugging along quite nicely.
I'll be 35 in 3 months - I'll let you know if I start feeling the urge to buy an open-topped sports car and wearing my hair in a pony tail (which should be quite a challenge given that I can grow it to about a quarter of an inch if it isn't cut for 6 months!).
What tips can you give me about 35? Aren't I supposed to start wearing cowboy boots and take up line dancing?

Thanks for the Birthday wishes Trish!
Are you a football fan? We had Mousehole up here last Saturday in a epic 4-4- draw!
