Why not sharing what you are preparing during Christmas time... this is what my family and I prepared as central Italy Christmas typical dessert, called pampepato.
Gourmet symbol of Christmas and undisputed symbol of the confectionery tradition in Terni, Pampepato is most typical dessert, of which every family in the city jealously guards his own version. Almonds, hazelnuts, honey, cooked must, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, pine nuts, cocoa, coffee, chocolate, candied oranges. And pepper, of course.
