What is the best way to dry wet books?

Oh the same thing happened me a few days ago - I just turned on the radiator and hung the book over it and it dried out. The pages still stayed crinkly but at least I could still read it. -
Myself, I am actually not able to read more than one book at one time. I guess I am a reader who really needs to get into the world of the story. So I'm overstrained with more than one story...
