plagiarism book

Hello,

I would like to ask:

I would like to do something like that and will it be plagiarism?

In 1 chapter of original book there would be a scene where main charakter ( detective ) is standing at funneral and his friend is standing in the crowd watching him.

In my chapter 1 it would be detective standing in footbal stadion and his friend standing in the tribune watching him.

If it is said like : It was heavy raining" in my novel it would be ( in the same place " It was beautiful day" or it was shining sun"

I would change 90% of any word by synonims.

If in the original would be "Brothers Jones are the killer, in my book it would be Sisters Brown are killer"

If there is in original in 23 chapter the car was driving very fast route 23, in my book it would be "the motocycle was driving very slow by route 11. U know what i mean ??

i just would look at original book and write my changing every word by synonims or like i said in orinal it would be snow in my book it wood be sun.....,,,,, but i would like to look at the original book as a i dont know let say " main scheme may i say

Also i may ask: If i give plagiarism checker my book and it s ok so it is ok ?
