Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass, an American Slave

Heya, would anyone be interested to read Frederick Douglass' biography with me? I'm assuming it's heavy fare and thought a group read is probably good for motivation and for sharing impressions.

 

Or is this something everyone reads in school and no one wants to touch afterwards?

While I wouldn't do a group read - I'm in the middle of a rather long Sci-fi novel that's going to have my attention for a while, I will say that this is a book I read last year I think. It's not heavy going, and is I recall, quite a short book. The subject matter does of course make this, at times, a quite difficult book to read, but well worth it. I hope you enjoy reading  it.
