  1. hm the only thing that I could think of right now would be a short story by Eric Emmanuel Schmitt called L'intruse. It's French and also you said it's a book, but I figured I'd just at least put it out there It's about an old woman who has dementia and she feels like someone has been breaking into her home as she keeps seeing an old lady. It then turns out that it was only her own reflection in a mirror.
  2. Well, I'm not sure if this would fit your criteria but I have read a book series called Stravaganza by Mary Hoffman, in which certain people can kind of travel back in time to Renaissance Italy while they are asleep. I know it's a long shot, considering you want them to meet in their dreams but I thought I might suggest it It's a really good YA series, I absolutely loved it.
  3. Thank you so much, I will definitely go and check these out!
  4. Another classic I really senjoyed aside from 1984 was fahrenheit 451, its also dystopian fiction about a world where books are forbidden. Also you should read brave new world, I only read the abridged version in class but I really liked it for more contemporary dystopian reads I would recommend the hunger.games, you probably at least heard of them, I found they were great I hope I was any help to you
  5. Hey there! So for the past two days I have felt extremely in the mood for reading some fantasy. I've always loved it more than any other genre but sometimes I just find myself absolutely craving it. unfortunately right now I have a lot of criteria when it comes to the kind of book I want to read, so its very hard to find something without having particular titles in mind. so I was wondering if maybe one of you had any book suggestions that fulfil the following: high fantasy, female badass heroine, preferably something to do with magic, no vampires, a little bit of romance that doesn't make it tacky AND most importantly, witty dialogue. it doesn't have to be a seriously good piece of writing with deeper meaning, just a quick and enjoyable read to help relax my mind. I know it is practically impossible t find one let alone a couple of books that fit this description but I just thought id ask thank you in advance!
