  1. It was a good program. Most people think Alzheimers is all about memory, so it's good to see the lesser known forms being talked about. TP was quite light hearted about it too which makes it easy to watch
  2. Yeah I only found out about this at 1:15 this morning, crazyness. Usually they have loads of adverts
  3. I'm glad Slumdog Millionaire won so many, I thought it was really good. I haven't read the book yet though
  4. maybe not the ones in the steps. but the ones beside are something I'd love
  5. My Mum was saying the other day that she had been offered a bookcase from my auntie's house because she just moved and has no room for it. I said we couldn't say no because all our bookcases are overflowing, but mum said there's nowhere to put it. Then my Dad decided to tell me I could move out and take all my books with me, then they would have room. He won't buy me a house though
  6. Wow what an ending! I want the next one now! I can't believe that the first Heroes advert I've seen was just though, and the first in the series is tomorrow! (Yay!)
  7. Maybe it's a good thing you didn't win then, gives you a bit more freedom
  8. No I don't like Orlando Bloom either, maybe it is that
  9. I like the second too, but the first is the best. Jack is my favourite character though, I don't like Will very much
  10. 12:15 actually, and it's the repeat. I'm watching it right now
  11. Yes I quite like that one too
  12. I've actually only read the first one, but my sister has them all and loves them, so maybe I should steal the others...I barely remember the first one except that it was good, and the general gist of it
  13. Yes he does make a pretty pirate
  14. I agree, but if he can pull it off good on him! I will probably see POTC4, but I think maybe they need o stop soon, in fact the third wasn't up to standard in my opinion
  15. I wouldn't say Jane Eyre is really. It does have a romance element. But there are also gothic element, kind of mystery elements, and the bits when she is young. And Jane is certainly not the type of woman who would think she needs a man!
  16. I didn't like the film, and I think some things are going to bite the screenplay writers in the back. But then again I am very fussy about the films, I hate it when they change anything! But I agree FilmUmbridge was good, and I liked Luna too in the films.
  17. I liked the old EDF Energy one (I think it was EDF Energy anyway) with heb it's not easy being green song and all the old clips
  18. Yes order of the pheonix is not my favourite either. But I actually quite like all the Umbridge stuff, I love to hate her
  19. I feel sick if I read in a car for any time at all. Strangely though I can read ok on a bus, at least for up to an hour (I've never been on a bus for any longer than that, except with a hangover on a train replacement service, all I wanted to do then was sleep).
  20. hmm Sex and the City two could be good, not sure how they'll make a film now Carrie's married though
  21. hmm, I've not seen the first of most of these. And can't really say I want to watch any of the sequels of what I have seen (especially not the wedding planner, why of why?!). I might see the spiderman ones though if there's nothing else out
  22. Isn't Bartleby in Hitchhiker's guide?
  23. Am I the only person who found A Spot of Bother more depressing than funny?
  24. Yes she was the only one I could think of, but she was out of school by then wasn't she?
  25. Have you read Jane Eyre? That's a quite easy classic. Although I must admit it took me some time to get into
