Has anyone read any of this author's books? I've picked up Fingersmith a few times and have decided I will buy it this weekend.

That and Tipping the Velvet were made into TV series' but I didn't watch them.

Her latest one seems to be rather popular but I haven't yet read any of her books, nor did I see the TV drama adaption :wink:

I watched Tipping the Velevt and then bought the book to read it. i really enjoyed both the programme and the book. I watched Fingersmith on Tv but felt Tipping was better.
