Is "The Hidden Oasis" by Paul Sussman out?

Hi, does any one knows when the book "The Hidden Oasis" by Paul Sussman is coming out? Been waiting for this book which was predicted to be released by mid 2008. Heard its been released in certain areas and local bookstores says it will not be out till 2009. Can someone help confirm? Tnks.

According to Amazon, the hardback is not due for release in the UK until 16 Jul 2009.
