I've just been trying to upload a picture to my signature, but it keeps saying "Invalid URL". I was wondering if it only took certain file extensions - it's a png file and some things don't take it - or if there's something I'm doing wrong

Just to check.. you are using option 2, rather than option 1?

Option 2 is for an image from your computer :s I'm using the other one...

So you're trying to use an image from a website? Try saving the image to your computer, then uploading it from there.

I don't think it'll work because it changes every time you refresh the page, but I'll have a go....It probably won't change though.

Change? Do you mean it's animated on the website?

It's not animated, but it's supposed to change every time you refresh the page into a different quote.

It could be that you haven't copied over a compatible link - e.g. my sig at the moment updates daily as a count-down, but there were several choices of links (if I remember correctly) and I had to choose which one would work with the forum.

All you'll be able to save is a single image.. there's probably some sort of code on the page that changes it every time.
Let us know the link to the page if you want?

It's not animated its a php script that changes the image on refresh, I have a similar script for avatars (Which also does not work on here).
however if you wish to make your own for other sites you can follow this guide:
