need a good book 2 read

Right now I am having my holidays and I am really confused as to what to read. Could anyone suggest a good book? I was thinking about reading 'The House at Riverton' by Kate Morton. If anyone has read that book then could you please tell me whether it's a good read or not? :readingtwo:

House of Riverton was read as part of a Reading Circle on here (beware, the thread may contain spoilers, so perhaps it's not a good idea to look!) - it seems to have got mixed opinions but I, for one, loved it!
