I do love Nigella's style of cooking! The fact that she doesn't care about calories and fat content is great!

Her food always looks delicous!

I do like her (what male doesn't?), but don't you think she's become a bit of a parody of herself? On TV that is.

I enjoyed it so much that the next day, I went and actually cooked the pork chops and gnocchi with cider, mustard and cream sauce! :chef: It was gorgeous!

The recipe wasn't on the BBC website but I remembered it all, so if anyone wants it, let me know and I'll post it on here :)

I did the chicken and sweet potato recipe. I slightly modified it in that I used a chicken that I portioned & used some jerk seasoning on the chicken as I couldn't remember exactly what she used, but it was very nice & the potatoes were absolutely to die for!

I believe she used cinammon, of all things! Unusual but since she convinced me to stick cream and cider together, I'll trust her.

I was going to try that recipe too with chicken portions - how long did you stick it in the oven for?

I haven't bought her new book but if the two of hers that I already possess are to go by I'm sure it's worth buying. Her recipies are fab - I tend to use them when I'm entertaining - her chocolate cheesecake is a big favourite (and easy to make). :D

I can't remember the title of it but one of her books is divided into occasions (is it Feast?) - and has some Christmas recipies - think I've had a go at one or two.

About 45 minutes in a really hot oven. The sweet potato was amazing. Cinammon is not so odd. It's used in most curries. Just imagine what it will do to the potatoes as it seeps in.
