I've recently used a website which specialises in rare and out of print books and I managed to find a very rare locksmiths book for my husband that even the locksmith on a training course was shocked I managed to get.

The site is http://www.alibris.com which is based in the us but they ship to England and quickly too.

I tried using this site in May. I found an out-of-print book I'd been after for years. I rang customs and they told me I wouldn't have to pay duty from the USA if the company wrote a reference they gave me on the packaging to say it was tax exempt.

I emailed the company who said they would get back to me, and that was the last I heard from them, despite me emailing again to remind them.

I eventually found a copy on Amazon Marketplace.

I'm pleased you had better service from them. It's always wonderful when you find something you've been after for years. :)
