This is about a plot to bring about anarchy and revolution in the UK by a criminal mastermind and his associates, and the race against time for the good guys to find Jane Finn - the missing link in the puzzle - and secure the sensitive treaty that threatens to spark all the trouble.
Set in the twenties, this reads a bit like a grown-up secret seven adventure, with characters Tommy and Tuppence looking for adventure and becoming embroiled in the intrigue.
I had an inkling who the master criminal was going to be quite early on in the book, but it keeps you guessing because there are a few twists and turns and you don´t really know for sure until the end.:readingtwo:
I thought it was quite good. 7 and a half out of 10.

Tommy and Tuppence are my favourite Agatha Christies, By the Pricking of my Thumbs is great - there was a recent TV adaptation of it but not as good.

Ah, right, I might try that one then, thanks. I´m reading Five Little Pigs, a Poirot one, at the moment.
