New food you've tried recently...

Had never tried it before......

tastes like spinach.

I used to get this a lot in Spain and use it in the same way as spinach.

I've been eating lots and lots of oryx. It's a lovely meat. More tender, and less gamey, than venison.

I have no idea, Maureen. I kept ordering it off the menu in Namibia and it kept turning up tasting great (as long as it was fairly rare - the one piece I had that was well done was a bit chewy and disappointing)
