new Katie Morag book

I read in The Guardian yesterday a review of the new Katie Morag book, Katie Morag and the Dancing Class, it's about her going, or not going, to ballet lessons!
I love Mairi Hedderwick's paintings too. My girls are a bit old for these stories now, but I do have 2 nieces of a suitable age!!

LOL, I've just returned from a happy twenty minutes exploring the world of Mairi Hedderwick. Previously unknown to me, I think I will have to borrow one of her books from the library. My Kids were too old for her books, so we missed them. I keep finding all these books and authors which arrived on the scene after my children had grown up.

Anyway, thanks for the diversion Pennan. Maybe, like you I will be buying them for grandchildren(in my case), and reading them first!
