name of a book

If any here has any children at school. There might be able to name this book.

Its about where this boy/ girl is homeless and them meets people and there get to know each other. While he thinks i got a best friend but he doesn't know that he murders homeless people.

I read it in 4th and 5 year.. I just can't remeber the name of the book.

Oh ok that book was called 'At the sound of the beep by Marilyn Sachs' just in case you were wondering :D

I found another one called Dew Drop Dead by james Howe, does that ring a bell, i will keep looking though

I'm having at look at all my things from school every subject except english folder.

I have a look at bellshill libray on friday.


this is what happens at the end of the book. The police get involved and there found the bodys under floorboards. The man wh kills the people gets arrested while this other guy thinks it not fair. That guy that been arrested he get feed he got a roof over his head.

Where as this homeless guy gets nothing.

Is it Stone Cold? We're reading that in English at the moment. The main characters are Gail, Shelter, Link and Ginger- Shelter's a former army man who thinks that he's doing England good by killing the homeless.
