I don't know about hard work..but I think its called a challenge for good reason :) Think of it as a gold mining...hard work but very rewarding.

I was in Stanford on LongAcre in Covent Garden earlier. There current 3-for-2 offer could sort out a lot of my list.

Although in fact I bought two Turkey guidebooks, and Number9Dream.
