Marco
Hey, I've got a good friend from Ghana and he asked me for a book about the history of Nazi Germany. And of course I want to support his wish of gaining knowledge. I know there are tons of books about this topic. But I think the quality differs strongly. And for me, as a German, it's difficult to see from the cover what is education and what is entertainment. So I'm looking for a book which covers the whole topic from rise to fall of the Nazi-dictatorship, the ideology, the war and of course the undescribeable crimes against the Jews and the other victims of the Holocaust. It shouldn't assume a lot of previous knowledge and it shouldn't be to specific. I hope there is even a book in englisch language that fulfills my requirements. If not I would be also thankful for a good title that covers at least a part of these topics. Thanking you in anticipation.
