Liz
I have to admit that I haven't been reading many doorstep books recently, but I have a few waiting on the TBR mountain, so hopefully this will encourage me to get stuck into them. Hamilton (529) 02) THE INTERPRETATION OF MURDER - Jed Rubenfeld (529) 03) THE PYTHONS' AUTOBIOGRAPHY - The Pythons (463) 04) THE SECRET HISTORY - Donna Tartt (629) 05) TO SERVE THEM ALL MY DAYS - R.F. Delderfield (572) READ IN 2008 01) STARTER FOR TEN - David Nicholls (469)

Liz
I see I have not really read many Chunky Reads for a while, so I thought I would have a go at Monty Python's autobiography.

Liz
I haven't been reading many long books recently, so I thought I'd pick up a chunky book to read during half-term. I am going to have a go at The Secret History by Donna Tartt (629 pages).

Liz
I thought I'd choose a chunky read for Christmas, so I have gone with To Serve Them All My Days by R.F. Delderfield, which has 572 pages. This should keep me quiet over Christmas.
Liz
Finished off To Serve Them All My Days this afternoon and very much enjoyed it. I have not read that many Chunky Reads this year, so hopefully I'll have read a few more by next Christmas.
