simongrant
Just finished this book, what can I say other than superb from cover to cover, rarely I am moved by a book but this moved me especially the last quarter.Read all his fathers (stephen king) books and wasnt sure how this would go down but Joe Hill done brilliant especially for a debut novel, will be checking out 'Horns' very soon indeed. Hi Sophia, if your into the horror/thriller genre I would suggest you give it another go in the future,I have had this a few times where I can't get into a particular book for whatever reason, move onto something else and found when I try again another time I really get into it

Ruth
I thought this book had loads of promise, but it all seemed to fall apart a bit towards the end. BUT, having said that, horror/supernatural is not my favourite genre at all.
Stephen Melling
I've just bought this and I'm seriously looking forward to reading it.
Timstar
Just finished this book in less then 3 days. It was my first Joe Hill book and thought it was very good. Great characters and gripping plot. The only thing I would say about it is that it starts off as a very typical horror but then becomes more of a supernatural thriller. Which may not be a bad thing but isn't very consistent. Highly recommend.
ShineOn
I bought this book randomly from a shop that was closing down. I didn't even know that Spephen King was his dad. I thought the book was OK. I like his fathers books more.
Gabriel
For me Joe Hill has a way to go before he writes like his dad, but I liked the book. I thought it stayed pretty consistant throughout and had substance. I think I wrote a review for it on Amazon and gave it 4 stars.
Sedge
Have you tried 20th Century Ghosts Simon? It's a collection of his short stories. Not every one of them hits the mark, but there are some fascinatingly original ideas.
