3D Cinema and TV

I read on the MSN homepage that the people behind the Breaking Dawn Movies are contemplating on whether to do it 3-D. However much I would love to see Edward's sparklies unclose and personal. I don't think I want it 3-D I have not watched a film in 3-D but last time I did at home (spy kids) it made my eyes hurt and I had enough of like someone else saidkeeping the glasses on.

I've only ever seen one 3D film, Avatar, and it stressed my eyes out, I had to keep taking the glasses off to give my eyes a rest, it may be because I'm very short sighted but I don't know. Some of the bits did look good in 3D (the forest scenes) but most of the time I didn't think it improved the experience. I wouldn't buy a 3D TV unless it was the only option.
