What's for Dinner?

Recommended Posts

Made some home made mac and cheese with pieces of ham included. Used some brie we had left over and it flavored it quite well. Had a small salad with it too.

I made a vegetable masala curry from the recipe by Jack Monroe who is heading the Live Below The Line campaign where 5000 people are eating all their meals in the week for £5. It's quite good. She buys all her food for this at reduced prices (when they get reduced at the end of the day) or through the own-brand of the supermarkets.

Spinach salad, cocktail shrimp, red snapper, broasted potatoes, asparagus (with cheese), and chardonnay wine. For dessert we had angel food cake with fresh strawberries, and a dip of ice cream.
